履历：理查德﹒L﹒埃贝尔（Richard L. Abel），埃贝尔教授先后于哈佛大学、哥伦比亚大学、伦敦大学亚非学院、威斯敏斯特大学获得文学士、法学学士、哲学博士、荣誉法学博士学位。曾任教于耶鲁大学，现为加州大学洛杉矶分校法学院Michael J. Connell法学荣誉教授。
