履历：大卫.M.楚贝克（David M. Trubek）教授毕业于威斯康辛大学及耶鲁大学法学院。曾任职于巡回上诉法院、耶鲁大学。1973年加盟威斯康辛大学麦迪逊分校法学院，任法学教授，现为威斯康辛大学Voss-Bascom法学荣誉教授、世界事务与全球经济研究中心（WAGE）高级研究员。
