履历：大卫﹒M﹒恩格尔（David M.Engel），1974年于密歇根大学获法律科学博士学位，恩格尔教授曾任美国律师基金会研究员、密歇根法学院客座教授、纽约州立大学水牛城分校法学院国际项目主任、跨学科研究项目副主任、Christopher Baldy法律与社会政策研究中心主任、丹佛大学斯特姆法学院杰出客座教授等职。现为纽约州立大学水牛城分校法学院杰出贡献教授。
