Guo Xiaowei, from Hongdong, Shanxi. He is currently a doctoral candidate at the Koguan Law School of Shanghai Jiao Tong University. His main research areas are legal theory and digital law, especially digital justice. His contact email is g1340292103@sjtu.edu.cn.
Personal Experience
From September 2017 to June 2021, he obtained a Bachelor of Laws from Yantai University (the Anglo-American Law Special Class of the National Excellent Legal Talent Education and Training Base).
From August 2021 to the present, he has been a research assistant at the Institute of Intelligent Law of Tsinghua University (the leader of the Personal Information Protection Law Research Group and the leader of the Network and Data Governance Research Group).
From September 2021 to June 2024, he was a Master of Legal Theory at Jilin University (a national key discipline) and a research assistant at the Research Center for Theoretical Law of Jilin University, a key research base of the Ministry of Education for Humanities and Social Sciences.
From September 2024 to the present, he has been a doctoral candidate at the Koguan Law School of Shanghai Jiao Tong University and a research assistant at the Institute of Chinese Law and Society of Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
