Professor Hayden, born on February 11, 1945, is a doctoral supervisor. He received his doctorate in Sociology of law from Delong University in Sweden in 1978. Since 1987, he has been the chief professor of Sociology of law at Delong University, and won the title of "Professor Samuel pffindorf". He has been a project member of more than 10 international organizations, including the Swedish International Development Agency, the Danish international development agency, and the North American air defense joint command.
