Chen Tianhao, Doctor of Law, Associate Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at the School of Public Administration of Tsinghua University, Zhongying Young Scholar at Tsinghua University, Member of the 16th Central Committee of the Zhigong Party's Rule of Law Construction Committee, and Legal Training Scholar at the 4th Supreme People's Court. He also serves as a Researcher at the Institute of Comparative Administrative Law at the Constitution and Administrative Rule of Law Research Center of the People's University of China, and Associate Researcher at the Public Interest Litigation Research Base of China University of Political Science and Law.
Offering courses such as "Public Law", "Fundamentals of Public Law", and "Digital Governance: Law, Policy, and Practice".
Published multiple academic papers in authoritative Chinese and foreign journals such as Legal Research, Chinese Law, Sino Foreign Law, China Quarterly, and RFDA. Published multiple academic comments in newspapers such as China Social Science Journal, China Government Procurement News, and China Tendering. Hosted national social science fund youth projects, Tsinghua University independent research leading talent projects, etc.
He has won the 2023 GMC Best Paper Award, the 8th Dong Biwu Youth Law Achievement Award, the 2nd Ying Songnian Administrative Law Excellent Achievement Award, the first prize in the Humanities Group of the Tsinghua University Youth Teacher Education and Teaching Competition, and the first prize in the Social Science and Ideological and Political Group of the Beijing Youth Teacher Teaching Basic Skills Competition.
The main research areas are administrative law, administrative agreements, social science law, digital governance, etc.
