Dai Xin, male, born in Beijing, is a post professor of “Young Talent Project” at Ocean University of China, a doctoral supervisor, and a deputy dean of the law school. A bachelor's degree in law and a double bachelor's degree in law (sociology) from Peking University, a J.D. degree from Duke University, and a J.S.D. degree from the University of Chicago. From January 2010 to June 2013, she worked in the New York and Hong Kong offices of Sherman Stirling Law Firm in the United States. She is qualified as a practicing lawyer in the State of New York and is mainly engaged in capital market transactions, US securities law and corporate law.
