1983-1985, Master of Western Philosophy, Department of Philosophy, Jilin University;
From 1985 to 1988, he obtained a doctoral degree from the Institute of Philosophy of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences in advance. He studied with Mr. He Lin, studied the history of German philosophy and political thought, and obtained a doctorate degree in philosophy in 1988.

From January 1989 to September 2005, he was a lecturer, associate professor and professor in the Graduate School of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences;

November 2007-July 2016, Professor, School of Law, Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, served as Dean of Beihang Advanced Institute of Humanities and Social Sciences, in charge of Beihang's characteristic liberal arts project-Zhixing liberal arts experimental class;
