Jiang Xiaowei, male, was born in Shanghai in October 1953. He graduated from Fudan University in the 1980s with a master's degree in law. He is currently a professor at Tongji University School of Law, a leader in the discipline of law theory, and a doctoral supervisor. Concurrently serves as the vice president of Shanghai Jurisprudence and Law History Society, the vice chairman of Shanghai Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Law Society, the academic member of Shanghai Law Society, the director of National Jurisprudence Society, the director of National Commercial Law Society, the senior lecturer of Shanghai Law and Law Propaganda Education Lecture Group, and the Shanghai Political and Legal Committee Supervisor, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Research Center of Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences, a number of domestic academic institutions, part-time professors in universities, legal adviser to the Shanghai TV station rule of law world, and legal consultant to the Shanghai Politics and Law Comprehensive Management Network.
