Peng Hui is an associate researcher at the Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences. He graduated from Fudan University with a Master of Laws (2005), Doctor of Management Science and Engineering from Tongji University (2011), Postdoctoral Fellow at Kaiyuan Law School of Shanghai Jiaotong University (2013-2017), and successively at the Law School of the University of British Columbia, Canada (2014.9-2015.9 ), School of Law, The University of Hong Kong (2014.1-2014.2), The Max-Planck Institute of Intellectual Property Law and Competition Law (2013.9-2013.12) (2009.3-2009.9) for visits and exchanges, and currently serves as the Law and Sociology Research Association of Shanghai Law Society Deputy Secretary-General, Director of the Legislative Studies Association of the Chinese Law Society, and executive editor of the research edition of the Shanghai Blue Book of Rule of Law. So far, he has published 4 monographs in law publishing houses and so on. He has published more than 30 CSSCI source journals in Modern Law, Law, Scientific Research, Social Science, and Legal Empirical Research. He is responsible for hosting the country. One level project, more than 10 provincial and ministerial level projects, and more than 30 remaining projects. Relevant research achievements won the first prize of the "11th Shanghai Decision Consulting Research Achievement Award", the third prize of the 11th China Law Youth Forum Theme Essay, and the second prize of the "Beijing-Tianjin-Shanghai-Chongqing Rule of Law Forum" Second prize of the sixth and seventh "Beijing-Tianjin-Shanghai-Chongqing Rule of Law Forum", third prize of the seventh "National Excellent Paper Report Award", and excellent paper award of the Fifth China Law Implementation Forum.
