Yang Fan

Yang Fan, male, born in Jilin City, Jilin Province, associate professor of Jilin University School of Law / Research Center of Theoretical Law, master's degree supervisor, social doctorate, doctor of philosophy. He graduated from East China Normal University with a bachelor of law degree in law in 2005 (now the School of Law), and later worked as a counselor at the school ’s software school. In 2007, he entered the East China Normal University-French Normal University joint graduate program; in 2009 he was awarded the Constitutional Administrative Law Master of Laws (Professor Guan Baoying), and obtained a master ’s degree in humanities and social sciences jointly trained by China and France; in the same year, he passed the exam without exemption to the Ph.D. Department of Philosophy, East China Normal University, and studied Western Philosophy by Professor Tong Shijun; CSC Scholarship for "Ph.D. of Overseas High-level University" Scholarship (48 months) Studying in France, studying under the guidance of Professor Patrice Duran, Institute of Political and Social Sciences (ISP) Sociology of law; completed the defense in France in April 2015, and obtained the Doctorat des Sciences sociales with "Très honorable"; completed the defense in Shanghai in June of the same year, and won the philosophy of East China Normal University Doctoral degree; since returning to China, Professor Ji Weidong is engaged in postdoctoral research; he has been teaching in the Jurisprudence Department of Jilin University Law School at the end of 2015. His main research directions are sociology of law, philosophy of law, and comparative law; he has published more than ten papers and translations in core journals at home and abroad, and presided over the national social sciences. There are several research topics such as general projects of the Fund.
