【内容提要】
威斯康星大学著名学者David Trubek教授、Louise Trubek教授及John K.M. Ohnesorge副教授将于近期到访凯原法学院。届时,三位教授将会为法学院师生带来精彩讲座。本系列讲座已被列入2011年度凯原公益基金“公共决策和管理教学与研究专家邀请项目”。

演讲嘉宾简介:
David M. Trubek:
David M. Trubek is Voss-Bascom Professor of Law Emeritus and a Senior Fellow of the Center for World Affairs and the Global Economy at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Once served as Director of the Civil Litigation Research Project, he has taught in many most famous universities around the world, including Harvard and Yale.
He received the Kalven Prize from the Law and Society Association and in 2002 was appointed Chevalier des Palmes Academiques by the French Government in recognition of his work on globalization. He masters on international and comparative law as well as on the role of law in development, human rights, and social protection schemes. He has also made contributions in critical legal theory, the sociology of law, and civil procedure.
Louise G. Trubek:
Louise G. Trubek is an Emerita Clinical Professor at the University of Wisconsin Law School. As an active scholar and teacher in the fields of health law, public interest law, and regulation and governance, she is masters in Health Care Law and Policy and Public Interest Law.
Louise is a co-organizer of a Law and Society sponsored International Research Collaboration on Reflective Practitioners/Public Interest Law. She is coordinating the IRC with Scott Cummings (UCLA) and Frank Munger (New York Law School). She is teaching a seminar on Health Law and Governance at Seton Hall in 2011.
John K.M. Ohnesorge:
Professor Ohnesorge teaches Business Organizations and Administrative Law, as well as seminars in Chinese Law, and in law and economic development in developing countries. He is Director of the Law School's East Asian Legal Studies Center, and Co-Chair of the Wisconsin China Initiative.
Benefit from his multicultural experience during his education, Professor Ohnesorge masters on Public international law. He spent a year as a visiting scholar at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative Public Law and Public International Law in Germany, served as a lecturer at Harvard Law School, co-teaching with Professor William P. Alford and clerked for Federal District Court Judge Rya W. Zobel (D. Mass).
