克里斯·罗伊（Chris Roe）是Climate KIC亚太区负责人。欧盟Climate KIC是由欧洲创新与技术研究院（EIT）于2010年设立的欧洲领先气候创新机构及社区，旨在推动向零碳经济转型、构建气候韧性社会。克里斯·罗伊负责Climate KIC亚太区域业务的布局与落地，依托机构在全球60个国家、400余家合作伙伴的网络资源，推动区域气候创新与创业发展。
Chris Roe is the Asia Strategic Director of Climate KIC, a leading European climate innovation agency and community established by the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT) in 2010. Climate KIC aims to accelerate the transition to a zero-carbon economy and build climate-resilient societies. In his role, Chris is fully responsible for shaping and promoting Climate KIC’s Asia-Pacific regional initiatives, leveraging the organization’s global network of over 400 partners across 60 countries to advance local climate innovation and entrepreneurship.

利亚德·麦迪布（Riad Meddeb）是联合国开发计划署可持续能源中心负责人兼小岛屿发展中国家高级首席顾问。他拥有20余年国际发展领域经验，曾为联合国机构、各国政府及合作伙伴提供优质政策建议与技术支持，覆盖脆弱国家、小岛屿发展中国家等，主导清洁能源推广、经济复苏及可持续发展目标整合等项目。
Riad Meddeb is the Director of the Sustainable Energy Hub and Senior Principal Advisor for Small Island Developing States (SIDS) at UNDP. With over 20 years of experience in international development, he has provided high-quality policy advice and technical support to UN agencies, national governments, and partners, with experience covering fragile states, small island developing countries and other regions. He has led projects on clean energy promotion, economic recovery, and the integration of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

尼科・巴瑞托（Nico Barito）现任塞舌尔总统东盟特使，是蓝色自然研究所、塞舌尔蓝色银行创始人。他长期推动蓝色经济创新，将海洋保护区转化为“蓝色自然资本”，助力沿海社区与小岛屿国家可持续发展。他创立非洲—东盟中小企业论坛（FORSEAA），促进中小企业跨区域合作与蓝色食品产业发展。其曾在联合国日内瓦、纽约、内罗毕任职，搭建次国家级政府网络，推动可持续发展与地方气候资金机制的探索与实践。
Nico Barito currently serves as the Special Envoy of the President of the Republic of Seychelles for ASEAN and its member states. He is the Founder of the Blue Institute and the Blue Bank in Seychelles, which monetizes marine protected areas as blue natural capital to support the economic development of coastal societies and small island nations. He is also the Founder of FORSEAA (Forum of Small and Medium Businesses Africa ASEAN), promoting transnational cooperation among SMEs and the development of the blue food sector. Previously, Mr. Barito served as a senior member of the United Nations in Geneva, New York, and Nairobi, where he supported cooperation through subnational government networks, focusing on advancing sustainable development and subnational climate finance mechanisms.

Yong Geng is Dean and Chair Professor of China-UK Low Carbon College, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and Chairman of Committee on Engineering and the Environment, World Federation of Engineering Organizations(WFEO-CEE). He is a Highly Cited Researcher by Clarivate and Elsevier, a national high-level talent, a leading professional and technical talent of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, and a recipient of the Special Government Allowance of the State Council. He has long been engaged in research on circular economy, industrial ecology, environmental management and climate change policy. He has presided over a number of key national projects including those of the National Natural Science Foundation and the National Key R&D Program of China, and has published more than 480 papers in international journals such as Science and Nature.

乔治娜·库尔托（Georgina Curto）博士现任联合国大学澳门研究所高级研究员兼团队负责人，研究方向聚焦人工智能与经济学交叉领域，构建智能体 AI 系统为可持续发展政策制定提供支撑。她担任多项国际科研项目首席研究员，研究成果曾获国际人工智能联合会议（ IJCAI）、国际计算语言学协会（ACL） 等机构颁发的多项奖项及荣誉。库尔托博士牵头联合国大学在上海、香港、西安三地高校设立AI 相关研究中心，同时推动全球南方国家 AI 科研能力建设。
Dr. Georgina Curto is a Senior Researcher and Team Lead at the United Nations University Institute in Macau. Her work bridges the gap between AI and economics, specifically building Agentic AI systems that inform policymaking for sustainable development. She is the Principal Investigator of international research projects. Her research has been awarded by the International Joint Conference of AI (IJCAI) and the Association of Computational Linguistics (ACL), among other recognitions. Dr. Curto co-leads the UNU Hubs on AI-Finance, at the universities in Shanghai, Hong Kong and Xi’An. Additionally, she fosters AI research capacity in the Global South.

Dr. Jianzhong Lu is a pioneer and industry thought leader in the field of sustainable business strategy. He has developed numerous theoretical frameworks, including the System of Sustainable Business Strategy. He currently serves as Deputy Director of Sustainable Development Management Committee, China Management Science Society, Chairman of the Expert Decision-Making Committee and Vice President of the Green and Low-Carbon Branch of the Shanghai Foreign Investment Association, and Deputy Director of the ESG Committee of All-China Environment Federation. He previously served as a a Board Member of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), UNCTAD Trade Facilitation and Global Electronic Trade expert and led the establishment of China’s first Global E-Trade Center (Shanghai). Dr Lu is a well-known author of Sustainable Business Strategy and Practice.

朱庆华，上海交通大学安泰经济与管理学院讲席教授、副院长，国家杰出青年科学基金获得者，国家自然科学基金创新群体负责人，国务院学位委员会学科评议组成员。长期从事绿色供应链管理、企业ESG及再制造管理研究，出版《绿色供应链管理：理论与实践》等著作 6 部，在国内外知名SCI/SSCI、中文核心期刊发表论文 200 余篇。多次入选全球及中国高被引科学家、学者，担任多本国际权威期刊编辑、副编辑及国内外十余种期刊编委。
Qinghua Zhu is a Chair Professor and Associate Dean of Antai College of Economics and Management, Shanghai Jiao Tong University. She is a recipient of the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, the leader of the Innovative Research Group of the National Natural Science Foundation of China; and a member of the Discipline Apprisal Department of the Academic Degrees Committee of the State Council. She has long been engaged in research on green supply chain management, corporate ESG, and remanufacturing management. She has published six books, including Green Supply Chain Management: Theory and Practice, and over 200 papers in renowned SCI/SSCI and Chinese core journals at home and abroad. She has been repeatedly listed as a Highly Cited Researcher and Scholar globally and in China, and serves as editor, associate editor for numerous authoritative journals.

王瑞豪先生拥有 10 余年可持续领域从业经验，参与多项绿色建筑与健康建筑的研发及数字化工作，亦是国际绿建标准 RESET 的撰写人之一。该标准聚焦健康与可持续发展，依托数据化评估工具，对建筑隐含碳、运营碳开展测量与基准评估，对建材碳排、循环性、健康影响等体量指标及空气质量、能源、水资源、废弃物等运营指标进行持续监测，为制定可落地的长期脱碳策略、设定再生发展目标提供支撑。
Stanton Wong has over 10 years of professional experience in the sustainability sector. He has participated in the R&D and digitalization of numerous green and healthy building projects and is also one of the authors of RESET, an international green building standard. Centered on health and sustainable development, this standard relies on data-driven assessment tools to measure and benchmark embodied carbon and operational carbon in buildings. It continuously monitors quantitative indicators such as building material carbon emissions, circularity, and health impacts, as well as operational indicators including air quality, energy, water resources, and waste. This supports the formulation of implementable long-term decarbonization strategies and the setting of regenerative development goals.

Lin Qiu, Head of Global Net Zero Centre of Excellence, Envision Digital. He holds dual bachelor’s degrees from Peking University, a Ph.D. from the University of Maryland, USA, and completed a postdoctoral fellowship at Yale University. Prior to joining Envision, he served as Director of the Shanghai Office at IVL Swedish Environmental Research Institute and as a Senior Engineer at the Carbon Data and Carbon Assessment Research Center of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. He currently serves as Deputy Secretary-General of the Carbon Footprint Alliance and as an expert committee member of several professional committees on carbon neutrality . He is the author of I Am Carbon and Climate Change and Low-Carbon Development of Energy, among others. I Am Carbon was named one of the “Top 100 Publications for Youth” by the National Radio and Television Administration and recognized as an “Outstanding Popular Science Book” by the Chinese Academy of Sciences.
