The Fifth Session of the "Legal Empirical Research Workshop" of the China Institute for Socio-Legal Studies was successfully held

On the afternoon of December 20th, The Fifth Session of the "Legal Empirical Research Workshop" hosted by Koguan School of Law and the China Institute for Socio- legal studies of Shanghai Jiao Tong University was successfully held in Conference Room 206 of the Zhesheng Hall at Xuhui Campus.The lecture was given by Zhang Yongjian, the Clarke Chair Professor at Cornell Law School, with the theme of "Empirical Legal Research: New Exploration from Classics". Cheng Jinhua, Director of the Library of Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Vice Dean of the China Institute for Socio- legal Studies of Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and Distinguished Professor of the Koguan School of Law, presided over the workshop. Zhang Xiangyu, Distinguished Associate Researcher of the International Finance Law School of East China University of Political Science and Law, Lin Xinbo, and Chen Liang, PhD students of the Koguan School of Law, participated in the discussion.
