From June 5 to 6, 2020, the cloud forum with the theme of "Civil Code and Social Reconstruction -- Dialogue (1) (2) on Sociology of Law and Hermeneutics of Law" was successfully held by China Institute of Law and Society, Kaiyuan Law School, Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
The forum adopted the form of guest speeches and discussion exchanges. Scholars respectively combined with the background of the promulgation of civil code and took "Civil Code and Social reconstruction" as the topic to carry out in-depth dialogue between sociology of law and hermeneutics of law. Hundreds of teachers and students from inside and outside the school participated in the forum.
