Hou, Meng

Hou Meng is an associate professor of School of Law, University of International Business and Economics from 2007 to present. He serves as the executive editor of International Business Law Review since 2010. He becomesDeputy Chief-editor, and the founding editor of Law and Social Sciences Journal from 2006 to present. He is the visiting fellow of Law and Society Center, KoGuan Law School of Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Apart from the professorship, he also serves in many research institutions nationwide and has held positions in or visited many famous universities.

He is the author of several influential articles and books. His major works areResearch on Supreme People’s Court of PRC, Law Press, 2007, The Rationality Aspect of the Case Referrals System: Thoughts on the Supreme People’s Court Practices”, Legal Science Monthly, 2010, (8) etc.
